The city’s homicide unit is probing Toronto’s first murder of 2021 after a man was stabbed to death in Scarborough late Wednesday afternoon.
Toronto Police were called to a building at Eglinton Ave. E. and Midland Ave. at 5:09 p.m. for reports a man had been stabbed.
Citizens attempted to resuscitate the man, who was rushed to hospital via emergency run and later succumbed to his injuries.
Police are looking for a suspect described as black, with long black hair and wearing all black clothing along with a black bubble jacket. The suspect is considered armed, violent and dangerous and if located, should not be approached.
